FARGO, N.D. – Former North Dakota State men's basketball player
Taylor Braun will play for the Orlando Magic in the 2015 Orlando NBA Summer League.

The league runs from July 4-10 at the Magic's practice court at the Amway Center. Each team will play five games over the seven-day event, with a championship day being played on the final day of the league.

NBA TV will televise the summer league games, with a complete schedule of games and broadcast information to be released at a later date. Additionally, fans will be able to watch every game live on NBA.com and on the NBA Game Time app.

Braun recently completed his first professional season with Okapi Aalstar in Belgium, where he ranked among the top 10 in the league in scoring (15.2 ppg), field goal percentage and minutes, as well as ranking 11th in assists and 12th in steals.

Braun concluded his NDSU career ranked among the school's all-time top 10 in nine different statistical categories, including free throws made (4th), points (7th), steals (8th) and rebounds (9th). He was the 2013-14 Summit League Player of the Year, an NABC All-District honoree, and Associated Press honorable mention All-American as a senior. Braun played for the Phoenix Suns in the NBA Summer League in 2014.
