Brett Reynolds joined the North Dakota State University athletic department in July 2025 as the director of football equipment operations.

Reynolds came to NDSU from Southeast Missouri State University, where he was a graduate assistant for football operations and equipment during the 2023 and 2024 seasons. He also spent two seasons with the SEMO equipment staff as an undergraduate student assistant and was an intern at Denver Broncos training camp in 2022.

Reynolds graduated from Southeast Missouri in May 2023 with a bachelor's degree in sport management, and he completed a master's of business administration in general management at SEMO in May 2025.
