2017 SEASON (SOPHOMORE): Made 15 appearances, including 12 starts on the mound for the Bison ... Went 4-7 with a team-best 3.15 ERA in 71 and 1/3 innings ... Compiled 62 strikeouts with 34 walks ... Gave up 25 earned runs on 62 hits ... Pitched a career-high eight innings in NDSU's win over South Dakota State in The Summit League tournament May 26 ... Allowed 17 earned runs on 37 hits ... Gave up no earned runs on three hits with six strikeouts and two walks in his start against South Dakota State May 20 ... Earned his first collegiate save after tossing three scoreless innings with three strikeouts in NDSU's win at Lamar Feb. 27 ... HIGH SCHOOL: Played baseball at Hawley High School in Hawley, Minn., where he was named team MVP and all-section as a senior after hitting .466 with 34 hits, six doubles, two triples, six homers, 33 RBI and 11 stolen bases ... Also compiled a 0.41 ERA and perfect 6-0 record with two saves in 51 innings pitched to go along with 111 strikeouts and just 21 walks ... Helped his team to a Section 8AA Runner-Up finish as a senior.
