Cross Country (Junior): Placed 26th at the NCAA Championships for All-America honors … Won the NCAA Midwest Regional title in 20:07.7 for the 6k course … Won the Summit League individual title for the second straight year … Named USTFCCCA Midwest Region Athlete of the Year and Summit League Athlete of the Year … Set NDSU’s all-time cross country 6k record at the Stanford Invitational, winning in 20:06.8 … Was undefeated as an individual until the NCAA Championships … Ran every 6k race in 20:45 or faster … USTFCCCA All-Academic and Summit League Academic All-League honoree.
Indoor (Senior): Earned first-team All-America honors in the 3,000m and mile at the NCAA Indoor Championships, placing 4th in the 3,000m and 6th in the mile … Summit League Track Athlete of the Year … Won the mile and 3,000m at the Summit League Indoor Championships in Fort Wayne, Ind. … Clocked a season-best 4:34.58 in the prestigious Wanamaker Mile at the Millrose Games on Feb. 20 … Only athlete to compete in the Wanamaker Mile with collegiate indoor eligibility remaining … Anchored NDSU’s distance medley relay team that finished the season ranked 19th in the NCAA … Broke the NDSU 5,000m school record in her season debut at the Hoosier Open on Dec. 11, running 16:01.69 to top the previous record by nearly 13 seconds … Season-best time of 9:08.45 in the 3,000m at the NCAA Championships … CoSIDA Academic All-District and Summit League Academic All-League honoree.
Outdoor (Senior): Won her 2nd straight Canadian national title in the 3,000m steeplechase in July, claiming a spot on Team Canada for the 2016 Olympic Games ... Earned her 7th career first-team All-America honor, placing 8th in the 3,000m steeplechase at the NCAA Championships … Named NDSU’s Female Athlete of the Year across all sports for the second consecutive year … USTFCCCA Midwest Region Women’s Track Athlete of the Year … Won Summit League titles in the 1500m and 3,000m steeplechase – her third league crown in the steeplechase … Shattered the NDSU school record in the 5,000m at the Mt. SAC Relays on Apr. 15, running 15:41.35 to break the previous record by 25 seconds … Finished as the top collegian in the 5,000m at Mt. SAC … Improved her own school record in the 1500m to 4:15.30, winning the Stanford Invitational title in the event … Finished the season ranked 3rd in the NCAA in the 5,000m and 11th in the 1500m, but did not compete in those events at the NCAA West Prelims … Third-team Academic All-American and Summit League Academic All-League honoree … Owns the Olympic qualifying standard in the 3,000m steeplechase after running 9:40.07 at the IAAF World Championships for Canada in August 2015.

Cross Country (Sophomore): Qualified for the NCAA Championships, becoming NDSU’s first national meet qualifier at the Division I level … Named the Summit League Cross Country Athlete of the Year after winning the league title … NCAA Midwest Regional runner-up, earning the highest regional finish in NDSU’s Division I history … Set NDSU’s all-time cross country 6k record at the NCAA Midwest Regional in 20:07.3 … Originally broke the school 6k record at the Stanford Invitational on Sept. 27, placing 5th overall in 21:02 … Won the Summit League title in 21:17.4 for the 6k … Placed 116th at the NCAA Championships in Terre Haute, Ind. … Also won individual titles at the Bison Open on Aug. 29 and UND Ron Pynn Invitational on Oct. 18 … USTFCCCA All-Academic and Summit League Academic All-League honoree.
Indoor (Junior): Earned first-team All-America honors in the mile and 3,000m at the NCAA Indoor Championships, placing 5th in the mile and 7th in the 3,000m … Named USTFCCCA Midwest Region Women’s Track Athlete of the Year … Summit League Track Athlete of the Year … Was one of only 6 women in the country to qualify for the NCAA Indoor Championships ranked among the top 5 in two different events … Established new school records in the mile, 3,000m and distance medley relay over the course of the season … Summit League champion in the 800m, mile and distance medley relay … Clocked a lifetime-best 4:32.35 in the mile in the NCAA final … Ran a school-record 9:02.40 in the 3,000m at the Iowa State Classic … Ran the leadoff 1200m leg on NDSU’s distance medley relay team that ran 11:10.49 at Notre Dame’s Alex Wilson Invitational to break the previous school record by 25 seconds … At one point, was ranked as high as 8th in the world in the mile for 2015 … Ended the indoor season ranked 18th among all women in the world in the mile … Cut 28 seconds off the 30-year-old NDSU school record in the 3,000m … Trimmed more than 9 seconds off the NDSU mile record over the course of the season.
Outdoor (Junior): Placed 5th at the NCAA Championships in the 3,000m steeplechase for first-team All-America honors … Qualified for the World Championships in Beijing, China, in the steeplechase … Also a member of Team Canada for the Pan American Games in Toronto in late July, finishing 4th in the steeplechase … Won a Canadian national title in the steeplechase on July 3 in Edmonton … Named NDSU’s Female Athlete of the Year across all sports … Summit League Track Athlete of the Year … Set new school records in the 1500m and 3,000m steeplechase … Ran 4:17.10 in the 1500m to win the Stanford Invitational and rank among the NCAA’s top 30 for the year … Clocked 9:42.15 in the steeplechase in the NCAA final … Won the Mt. SAC Relays steeplechase in 9:43.83 … Summit League champion in the 1500m and 3,000m steeplechase … USTFCCCA All-Academic and Summit League Academic All-League honoree.
 
2013-14 SEASON

Cross Country (Freshman): 
Top-four finisher for the Summit League champion Bison at all six meets on the season ... Placed fifth overall for first-team All-Summit League honors at the Summit League Championships ... Won her first collegiate cross country race, the Bison Open 4k on Aug. 30 ... Season-best 5k time of 18:16.8 at the UND Ron Pynn Invitational on Oct. 19 ... Season-best 6k time of 21:53.30 at the Summit League Championships.
Indoor (Sophomore): Anchored the NDSU distance medley relay team to a Summit League championship for the second straight year ... Also took runner-up honors to teammate Maddie McClellan in the mile at the Summit League Indoor Championships ... Clocked 4:51.31 in the mile at the Bill Bergan Invitational on Feb. 1 to rank sixth in NDSU history in the event ... Won the mile and set a Dakota Duals record of 4:59.89 in December.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Summit League champion and NCAA West Preliminary Rounds qualifier in the 3,000m steeplechase ... Clocked a personal-best time of 10:23.75 in the steeplechase at the Bryan Clay Invitational on Apr. 18, ranking her third all-time at NDSU in the event ... Set the Schlanser Track 1500m record and moved to No. 2 in NDSU history, running 4:27.47 at the NDSU Tune-Up on May 9 ... Anchored NDSU's distance medley relay team to the second-fastest time in school history at the Drake Relays ... Placed 18th in the steeplechase at the NCAA West Prelims after qualifying 31st to the meet.

2012-13 SEASON
 
Cross Country: Redshirted and did not compete.
Indoor (Freshman): Anchored the Bison distance medley relay team to a Summit League title, erasing a 30-meter deficit on the final lap to win ... Also placed fourth in the 800m at the Summit League Indoor Championships ... Clocked a season-best 800m time of 2:13.86 at the Iowa State Qualifier on Mar. 2 ... Season-best mile time of 4:59.03.
Outdoor (Freshman): Summit League runner-up in the 1500m, as well as placing sixth in the 800m at the Summit League Outdoor Championships ... Season-best 1500m time of 4:33.25 at the Mt. SAC Relays on Apr. 18 ... Season-best 800m time of 2:14.84 at the Beach Invitational on Apr. 20.

HIGH SCHOOL: Three-time provincial champion in cross country ... Won ten medals at the Manitoba High School Championships since 2009, including two each in the 800m and 1,500m ... Competed at the Canadian Legion Youth National Track and Field Championships twice, finishing fifth in the 1,500m in 2011 ... Also competed in the Canadian Junior Track and Field Championships, where she competed in the 800m and 4x400m relay.
