ResultsRIVERSIDE, Calif. – The North Dakota State women's track & field team recorded four new performances that rank among the school's all-time top 10 on Saturday afternoon at the UC Riverside Spring Track Classic.

Maddie Van Beek, juniors
Erin Teschuk and
Anna Benke, and sophomore
Morgan Milbrath all posted personal-best marks that climbed the NDSU all-time lists.

Van Beek opened the track events for the Bison women Saturday with an impressive start to her outdoor season, winning the 1500m in 4:23.42. That time was a new lifetime best by eight seconds and stands as the second-fastest all-time at NDSU. Based on the early marks this season entering the weekend, she is fifth on the national performance list.

Teschuk ran 2:06.16 in the 800m, which was seven seconds faster than her previous best outdoors in the event and ranks fifth in NDSU history. Based on the national lists entering this weekend, Teschuk is now No. 2 in the NCAA in the 800m this year.

Benke won the pole vault, clearing a new outdoor PR of 12-11.50 (3.95m). She is now ranked second in NDSU history in the event.

Milbrath raced to the No. 6 spot on the NDSU all-time list in the 400m dash, finishing in 54.63 for fourth place in the meet.

Ashley Heinze (1:01.50) and
Melissa Kitching (1:01.81) placed second and third, respectively, in the 400m hurdles. NDSU's
Brittany Stangl cleared 12-05.50 (3.80m) in the pole vault for fourth place.

Bison sophomore
Amy Andrushko took fourth in the 800m in 2:11.21.
Taylor Janssen clocked a personal-best 4:36.52 in the 1500m for seventh place.

The Bison will travel to California next weekend for a trio of meets in the Bay Area on April 3-4.
