The North Dakota State men's cross country team will compete in the UND Ron Pynn Invitational in Grand Forks this Saturday, Oct. 13. The men's 8k race will start at approximately 2:30 p.m., following the women's 5k slated to begin at 1:45 p.m.
Schools competing at the Ron Pynn Invitational will include Minot State, University of Mary, University of Manitoba, North Dakota and North Dakota State.
Sophomore Brett Kelly led the Bison at the Stanford Invitational on Sept. 29, placing 111th overall with an 8k time of 26:19. Freshman Bryon Schuldt made his season debut and was NDSU's No. 2 finisher. Sophomore Grady Anderson was the top finisher for the Bison at the Bison Invitational on Aug. 31 and the SDSU Classic on Sept. 14.
The Ron Pynn Invitational will serve as NDSU's final tune-up for the Summit League Championships, which will be held on Oct. 27 in Rochester, Mich.
