2012-13 NDSU Basketball Ticket Information

Game Day Information
The ticket office will open 90 minutes prior to tip-off. Doors to enter the arena will open 60 minutes prior to tip-off. No outside food or beverage is allowed in the arena. Parking is available in the Fargodome lots on the north side of the arena and in the university lots on the south side. Lot F is reserved for game officials and handicap permits. Proper permit must be displayed for Lot F access.

Away Game Ticket Information
Tickets for away games can be purchased through the opponent's ticket office.

Accessible Seating
Wheelchair accessible seating is available behind the south basket and all seats are general admission. An elevator is available at the north end of the Bison Sports Arena for those needing access to the balcony seating. For elevator use, please stop by the ticket booth for assistance.

Children/Lap Seat Policy
Children under the age of 3 do not need a ticket, but must sit on the lap of a ticketed patron. All patrons 3 years and up need a ticket to enter the arena.

Refunds, Exchanges or Cancellations
There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations on tickets ordered through the NDSU Athletic Ticket Office unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be issued due to a time or date change.

Will Call
Will call tickets can be picked up at the south entrance of the Bison Sports Arena on game day unless arrangements were made for pick up at the north end. Identification is required for all tickets picked up at will call.

Replacement Ticket Policy
Please handle your tickets with care. The Athletic Ticket Office will charge full price plus a non-refundable processing charge of $5.00 for all replacement tickets issued. This includes tickets that are lost, stolen or left at home. If the original tickets are returned to the Athletic Ticket Office within 10 days of the event, a refund will be made for the full price of the tickets. This service is available to season ticket holders and single-game mail orders, telephone and on-line buyers of record. It does not apply to over-the-counter purchases since no location record exists for those orders. Washed tickets will be replaced without charge if remaining portions can be recognized and the location can be identified.
