Mascot Appearances

Thundar, the mascot for North Dakota State University athletics, is property of North Dakota State University and a representative of the university.  Thundar appears at official university events and may be requested for appearances at off-campus and non-university-related activities.  Appearances are based on availability, and there is no guarantee of appearance. Priority is given to university events.  NDSU reserves the right to choose appropriate events and has the right to deny any request.

Non-Permissible Events

Thundar shall not be permitted to appear at events that may be reasonably considered as advancing a political agenda, religion, personal business, or commercial interests.  Thundar is not available for birthday parties or wedding receptions.
