General Ticket Information
Those needing to make accessible seating requests must do so by contacting the NDSU Athletic Ticket Office as soon as possible prior to the day of the game. Accessible seating requests are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. To check on availability or to make arrangements, please call us at 701-231-6378 or stop by the Athletic Ticket Office in the Bison Sports Arena.
Children/Lap Seat Policy
Children under the age of 3 do not need a ticket, but must sit on the lap of a ticketed patron. All patrons 3 years and up need a ticket to enter the arena.
Refunds, Exchanges or Cancellations
There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations on tickets ordered through the NDSU Athletic Ticket Office unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be issued due to a time or date change.
Identification is required for all tickets picked up at will call. Tickets can be picked up at the Bison Ticket Office during regular business hours or at the venue prior to the game.
Replacement Ticket Policy
Please handle your tickets with care. The Athletic Ticket Office will charge full price plus a non-refundable processing charge of $5.00 for all replacement tickets issued. This includes tickets that are lost, stolen or left at home. If the original tickets are returned to the Athletic Ticket Office within 10 days of the event, a refund will be made for the full price of the tickets. This service is available to season ticket holders and single-game mail orders, telephone and on-line buyers of record. It does not apply to over-the-counter purchases since no location record exists for those orders. Washed tickets will be replaced without charge if remaining portions can be recognized and the location can be identified.
