2008 SEASON: Started in 54 games for the Bison ... Hit .348 with 40 runs scored and 20 RBI ... Earned 2008 All-Summit League first team honors ... Named Summit League Player of the Week (2-19-08) ... Landed on 2007-08 Summit League Winter/Spring All-Academic team ... In the final league statistics, Pipkin tied for 4th in hits per game (1.44 h/g), 6th in batting average (.383) and tied for 7th in stolen bases (0.44 sb/g) ... Had 24 multi-hit and 10 multi-run games including three runs scored against UMKC (3-29-08) and Saint Mary's (3-5-08) ... Recorded a career-high three RBI at Oakland (4-11-08) ... One of six multi-hit and four multi-runs scored games ... Recorded 14 stolen bases including a season-high two against Cal State Bakersfield (4-27-07) ... Made only eight errors in 191 fielding chances ... Had a season best eight putouts in 11 fielding chances vs. Kansas (3-10-07).

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2006 graduate of Alameda High School ... Four-year starter ... Played second base, catcher and shortstop during career ... Member of three undefeated Alameda Contra Costa Athletic League chamionship teams during her career ... Hit .412 as senior and earned first team all-ACCAL honors ... Hit .412 as a junior for Alameda with 20 stolen bases on her way to earning first team all-league and second team all-state underclassman honors ... The Lady Hornets won the North Coast Section 2-A East Bay championship and compiled a 23-3 record in 2005 ... Named second team all-league as sophomore and honorable mention as a freshman ... Played second base and the outfield in summer league with the successful Sorcerers Gold.
