Redshirted ... went 9-5 wrestling unattached at open tournaments ... 4-2 at the Bison Open on Nov. 12 ... went 3-1 at the Dragon Open on Dec. 3 for a second-place finish.

HIGH SCHOOL
Three-time all-state selection out of Prior Lake High School in Minnesota...Finished sixth at the Minnesota state championships at 145 pounds as a senior and fourth as a junior...Took fifth at the state championships at 103 pounds in 2007...Claimed both conference and section titles as a senior...Helped team to third place finish at the state meet as a senior...Holds season takedown record with 216 at Prior Lake...First athlete in school history to compete in five straight state tournaments.
