Wahlund’s Performance History and Personal Bests

2011-12 SEASON

Cross Country: Redshirted.

Indoor: Redshirted.

Outdoor: Redshirted.

HIGH SCHOOL: Six-year letterwinner out of Minot High School...Won three straight North Dakota state titles in the 3,200 meters her sophomore through senior years...Also won the state title in the 1,600 as a junior...Member of the 4x800 state champion relay team as a freshman...Five-time all-state selection...All-Western Dakota Association selection six years in a row...Named WDA Cross Country Senior Athlete of the Year and state senior athlete of the year...Holds the WDA record in the 3,200 with a time of 10:46...Owns Minot High records in the 1,600 meters in 4:58 and 3,200 meters in 10:41...Member of the state title-winning cross country team as an eighth grader.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Jay and Carla Wahlund...Has two younger brothers, Jaden and Paxten, and two sisters, Allie and Abbie...Majoring in exercise science...Mom ran track and cross country at Minot State...Uncle and grandfather both attended NDSU.
