Bison Soccer Adds Transfer Kaylee McDonald

FARGO, N.D. – North Dakota State head soccer coach Pete Cuadrado has announced the addition of transfer Kaylee McDonald to the team. McDonald, a forward, comes to NDSU after playing three seasons at Northern State.
A native of Ramsey, Minn., McDonald was a first team All-NSIC selection as a sophomore and a second team pick as a freshman. In her three seasons, she scored 18 goals, including 13 as a freshman, and tallied eight assists for 44 points. She started 47 games and played in 58.
McDonald graduated from Elk River High School where she earned all-state and all-conference honors as a senior. She also led the conference in goals as a senior. McDonald was also an all-conference performer on the track.
The Bison finished the 2010 season with an overall record of 12-5-6 and advanced to the NCAA Division I tournament for the first time after winning their first Summit League Championship..
