North Dakota State is scheduled to open the 2012-13 regular season against Harvard University at 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 9, at the Bison Sports Arena (5,830) ... NDSU went 11-20 last season including an 8-10 record in The Summit League ... Harvard compiled an 18-12 record including a 10-4 record in the Ivy League ... Both teams return four starters ... NDSU is scheduled to host Mayville State University (5-2) at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 11, at the Bison Arena ... The Comets play at Bemidji on Thursday ... NDSU is scheduled to play at Boise State at 6:30 p.m. Central on Tuesday, Nov. 13, in Taco Bell Arena (12,400) ... The Broncos return two starters from last season’s 15-16 team that had a 5-9 record in the Mountain West Conference ... Boise State opens with Utah Valley on Friday.
This will be the first meeting between North Dakota State and Harvard ... It will also be the NDSU’s first meeting with a team from the Ivy League ... This will be the 21st meeting between North Dakota State and Mayville State in a series that began in 1967 ... The Bison lead 20-0 ... NDSU won the last meeting with the Comets 102-62 on Dec. 7, 2010, in Fargo ... This will be the first meeting between North Dakota State and Boise State ... The Bison are 1-6 against current members of the Mountain West Conference.
