2011-12 SEASON (Redshirt)

Competed unattached as a redshirt, posting a record of 21-5 with three pins ... won 16 consecutive matches in a streak dating from Nov. 12 to Jan. 28 ... claimed fifth place at the Bison Open on Nov. 12 with a 4-2 record ... won the Maroon Division at the Finn Grinaker Cobber Open on Nov. 19 with a perfect 4-0 mark ... won the White Division of the Dragon Open on Dec. 3, going 4-0 ... took the title at the Ridgewater Open on Jan. 7 with a 3-0 record ... went 4-1 at the Grand View Open on Jan. 28 for second place.

HIGH SCHOOL
Three-time Minnesota state champion of Crosby-Ironton High School...Holds the school's all-time wins record...Went 43-1 as a senior en route to his third straight state crown...Won the cadet national triple crown in 2007, winning national titles in folkstyle, freestyle and Greco-Roman...One of only eight wrestlers to achieve the feat.
