NDSU's Anderson Leads Jackrabbit Invitational Through First Round

PRIMM, Nev. - North Dakota State's Amy Anderson shot a 2-under-par 70 to take a three-shot lead after the first round of the South Dakota State Jackrabbit Invitational at Primm Valley Golf Club on Monday, March 11.
Cydney Hasselberg and Hailey Boner both shot 78s for NDSU. The Bison did not post a team score in the first round after disqualifications to Sarah Storandt and Abby Knutson.
NDSU individuals Cassie Wurm and Megan Swan both shot 81 competing individually.
Morning play started late due to frost and the second round was suspended until Tuesday. A third round is also scheduled.
Houston Baptist leads the 14-team tournament with a 306, Oakland is second with a 312 and Arkansas State is third with a 313.
Rachel Mulkey of Houston Baptist and Alanna Gerber of Oakland are tied for second place at 1-over-par 73.
