FARGO, N.D. - TrayVonn Wright had 17 points and seven rebounds as North Dakota State won its 10th straight home game 65-46 over South Dakota before a crowd of 3,062 at the Bison Sports Arena on Saturday, Feb. 2.

Brett VandenBergh made four second-half 3-pointers and finished with a career-high 14 points for the Bison, who improved to 18-5.  NDSU remains tied with Western Illinois and South Dakota State atop The Summit League with 9-2 records.

Kory Brown scored 10 points and Lawrence Alexander dished out a season-high eight assists for NDSU.  The Bison shot 51 percent from the floor and had a 27-24 edge in total rebounds.

Nate Zastrow made a pair of 3-pointers on back-to-back possessions to give North Dakota State a 24-15 halftime lead.  VandenBergh made two 3's on a 10-4 run to start the second half and it was a double-digit game the rest of the way.

Brandon Bos scored 16 points and Trevor Gruis had 14 points for South Dakota, which dropped to 8-15 overall and 4-7 in the league.  The Coyotes shot 39.5 percent overall.

North Dakota State plays at Oakland on Thursday, Feb. 7, and Fort Wayne next Saturday, Feb. 9.
