NDSU Shuttle Hurdle Relay Ranked Fifth in Nation in 2012

The North Dakota State men's track and field team recorded the fifth-fastest 4x110m shuttle hurdle relay time in the nation for the 2012 season, according to the season-end lists compiled by Track & Field News.

The quartet of Jerome Begin, Matt Tetzlaff, Parker McKittrick and Weston Leutz set a school record in the event at the Drake Relays on Apr. 28 with a time of 58.05.

Individually, all four Bison posted times of 14.67 seconds or faster in the 110m hurdles during the season. Tetzlaff, Leutz and McKittrick swept the top three places in the event at The Summit League Championships, and Tetzlaff is the school record holder.

Begin, Tetzlaff and McKittrick all return for the Bison this season.
