NDSU Men Earn USTFCCCA All-Academic Team Honor

NEW ORLEANS - The North Dakota State men's track and field team earned the All-Academic award from the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association for the 2012 season.
North Dakota State finished the academic year with a team cumulative GPA of 3.28 and was the best of three Summit League teams on the list ahead of South Dakota State and South Dakota.
Stanford (3.49), Duke (3.46), Tulsa (3.45) and Chattanooga (3.45) were the top four of 85 Division I teams that were recognized with cumulative team GPAs of 3.0 or better.
Florida swept the indoor and outdoor USTFCCCA Scholar Team of the Year awards as the highest placing team at the NCAA championships with at least a 3.00 cumulative team GPA. The Gators won both NCAA team titles.
