NDSU's Anderson Two Shots Back After First Day at Creighton

OMAHA, Neb. - North Dakota State's Amy Anderson is two shots off the lead after the first round of the Creighton Golf Classic on Monday, April 16, at the Oak Hills Country Club.
Anderson shot a 2-over-par 74 and is alone in second place behind Northern Iowa's Brittany Atterbury. UNI's Blair Bonner is third with a 75.
Northern Iowa leads the 14-team tournament with a 307, Southern Illinois is second with a 324 and South Dakota State third at 325. North Dakota State is tied for ninth with a 348.
For NDSU, Rachel Roller is tied for 38th with an 87, Abby Knutson is tied for 59th with a 92, Megan Swan is tied for 71st with a 95, and Sarah Storandt is 78th after shooting a 100.
Bison individual Cydney Hasselberg is tied for 38th with an 87.
Tee times begin at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 17, for the final round at the Oak Hills Country Club.
