Bison to Play Three Spring Events, Host Two Scrimmages & Coaching Clinic

FARGO, N.D. - The North Dakota State women's volleyball team is scheduled to participate in three events this spring in preparation for the 2012 season.  NDSU will also host two scrimmages and its annual coaching clinic in April.

North Dakota State will play at Creighton on Saturday, March 24, with 6-on-6 drills running from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. followed by three-set matches against Creighton at 12:30 p.m. and Iowa State at 1:30 p.m. at D.J. Sokol Arena.

NDSU will play Nebraska at 3 p.m. Saturday, April 7, at the Cox Activities Center at Northeast Community College in Norfolk, Neb.

The third event is at Minnesota on Saturday, April 14, where the Bison will play three-set matches against Northern Iowa at 9 a.m., Minnesota at 1:30 p.m., and South Dakota State at 3 p.m. at the Sports Pavilion.

NDSU will host Minnesota State Moorhead in a scrimmage at 4 p.m. Wednesday, April 25, at the Bentson Bunker Fieldhouse and will play an alumni scrimmage on Saturday, April 28.

The annual coaching clinic is scheduled for Friday, April 27, and Saturday, April 28, at the Bentson Bunker Fieldhouse.
