Bison Complete First Two Rounds at Hawaii Rainbow Wahine Invitational

WAHIAWA, Hawaii - The North Dakota State women's golf team completed the first two rounds of the Hawaii Rainbow Wahine Invitational on Tuesday, Oct. 30, at the Leilehua Golf Course.
North Dakota State shot two of its three highest rounds of the season with a 316 and 322. The Bison are in 12th place out of 12 teams with one round to play.
Amy Anderson led the Bison in both rounds with a 75 and 73 and is tied for seventh place with a 4-over-par 148. She is four shots back of individual leader Kristen Rue of Washington State.
NDSU's Sarah Storandt is tied for 53rd with a 161, Abby Knutson is 61st with a 164, Hailey Boner is tied for 62nd with a 165 and Megan Swan is tied for 67th with a 171.
The Bison have three individuals competing. Cydney Hasselberg is tied for 53rd with a 161, Jackie Johnson is 69th with a 173 and Emma Kusick is 70th with a 178. Cassie Wurm did not start due to a foot injury.
Toledo and Florida International are tied atop the team standings at 595, Washington State is third with a 597, UC Irvine is fourth at 602 and Boise State is fifth at 604.
The final round begins at 8 a.m. HT (1 p.m. CT) on Wednesday.
