North Dakota State Cross Country Heads to SDSU Classic

The North Dakota State men's cross country team will travel to the SDSU Classic in Brookings, S.D., to compete in its second meet of the season on Friday evening.
The men's eight-kilometer race at Edgebrook Golf Course will start at approximately 6:45 p.m., following the women's race.
The SDSU Classic will feature teams from around the Midwest, including Augustana, Minnesota State University Moorhead, North Dakota, North Dakota State, Northern State, South Dakota State, South Dakota State Alumni, SW Minnesota State and Valley City State.
Sophomore Grady Anderson led the Bison at the season-opening Bison Invitational in Fargo on Aug. 31. Anderson took fifth place overall, finishing in 26:49.29 for the 8k. Redshirt freshman Brendan Skime placed 11th in 27:07.97 and sophomore Lucas DeGree was 15th in 27:36.08, giving NDSU three underclassmen as its top three finishers.
