NDSU's Hasselberg Places Ninth at Concordia Invitational

DETROIT LAKES, Minn. - North Dakota State's Cydney Hasselberg placed ninth at the Concordia Invitational women's golf tournament played Saturday, Sept. 8, and Sunday, Sept. 9, at the Wildflower Golf Course.
Hasselberg, a senior from Staples, Minn., shot rounds of 90 and 82 for a 172 and finished 13 shots behind individual champion Alyssa Kalthoff of Minnesota State Mankato.
North Dakota State had three individuals competing. Sophomore Emma Kusick from Minot, N.D., tied for 19th with a 178 and junior Jackie Johnson of Faribault, Minn., tied for 24th with a 180.
NDSU will have a full team competing in the Nebraska Chip-N Club Invitational on Monday, Sept. 10, and Tuesday, Sept. 11, at the Country Club of Lincoln.
