2012 SEASON (REDSHIRT): Sat out the entire season as a redshirt in the Bison program...HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated in 2011 from Creighton Prep High School in Omaha...Three-year letterman...Hit .400 with 10 doubles and four home runs his senior year....Also participated in basketball...PERSONAL: Born July 28, 1993...Son of Shane and Kristin Hook of Omaha...Dad played basketball at Nebraska Omaha and mother played at Creighton...Has an older brother, Alex, who plays basketball at Rockhurst...Also has a younger sister, Marley, and brother, Tommy...Majoring in sport and recreation leadership...Played for the Omaha Diamond Spirit in the MINK Summer Collegiate League in 2012...Hit .173 with nine hits in 52 at-bats over 21 games. |
