FARGO, N.D. - Stillwater (Minn.) Area High School's Hailey Boner and Hudson (Wis.) High School's Cassie Wurm have signed National Letters of Intent to continue their education and play women's golf at North Dakota State University.

NDSU head coach Matt Johnson made the announcement Wednesday, Nov. 9, the first day of the one-week early signing period.

Boner is a four-time all-conference and two-time all-state performer.  She had a 77 average last spring and helped lead Stillwater to conference and section titles before a second-place finish in the Class 3A state tournament.

Wurm, the daughter of former NDSU national champion wrestler Lloyd Wurm, was conference Player of the Year as a sophomore, junior and senior.  She had a 79 average this fall and placed 23rd at state after an eighth-place finish in 2010.  She was the 2009 Wisconsin junior match play winner.

North Dakota State completed its fall season with a sixth-place finish at the Campbell Fighting Camel Classic.  NDSU's spring schedule begins Feb. 27-28 at the Texas A&M-Corpus Christi Islander Classic.
