Anderson’s Performance History and Personal Bests

2011-12 SEASON

Cross Country (Freshman): NDSU's No. 3 finisher at The Summit League Championships (10/29), taking 23rd place overall in 26:16.70 ... NDSU's No. 5 finisher at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/12), placing 109th overall in 34:08.70 for the 10k course ... captured sixth place at the Bison Open (9/30) with a season-best 8k time of 25:52.63 ... eighth at the Tim Young Invitational (10/15) in 25:53.40.

INDOOR (Freshman): Season-best 3,000m time of 9:04.10 at the Jack Johnson Classic on Jan. 21 ... also ran 4:34.04 in the mile at the Bison Invitational on Jan. 15.

OUTDOOR (Freshman): Recorded a 3,000m steeplechase time of 10:06.28 at the NDSU /UND Dual on May 4 ... posted a season-best 5,000m time of 15:39.59 at the Drake Alternative meet on Apr. 28.

2010-11 SEASON

Cross Country: Redshirted.

Indoor: Redshirted.

Outdoor: Redshirted.

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner in cross country and track...Minnesota all-state cross country selection in 2009...Conference champion as a senior...State qualifier in track...Placed 11th in the 3,200 meters...Conference champion in the 1,600 meters...Holds the Grand Rapids record for the 3,200 with a time of 9:38...Member of the 4x800 relay team that qualified for states.

PERSONAL: Son of Dan and Sandy Anderson...Has one younger sister, Aspen...Majoring in civil engineering.
