2010-11 SEASON
Cross Country (Junior): Ran in four meets...Posted a personal best 8k time of 26:02.2 at the Jim Drews Invitational...Finished 35th at the Summit League Championships (8k) with a time of 26:33.6...Summit League Fall All-Academic Team and Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.
Indoor (Junior): Distance runner...Ran a personal best mile time of 4:26.53 at the Jack Johnson Classic...Also notched a personal best time of 8:41.42 in the 3,000 meters at the Bill Bergan Invitational...Finished 12th in the 5,000 meters at the Summit League Championships with a time of 15:36.47.
Outdoor (Junior): Time of 9:21.50 in the steeplechase at the Duke Invitational is 10th all-time at NDSU...Placed fourth in the event at the Summit League Championships with a time of 9:35.16...Also placed 17th in the 5,000 meters in 15:51.11 at the league championships...All-Summit League...Named to Summit League Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence and Winter/Spring All-Academic team.

2009-10 SEASON
Cross Country (Sophomore): Competed in five races for the Bison...Ran an 8K personal best of 26:44.6 at the Jim Drews Invitational...Came in 23rd at the NDSU Open, his best finish of the year.
Indoor (Sophomore): Ran the mile in two meets and the 3,000 meters in three...Posted a personal-best time of 8:53.35 in the 3,000 at the Bison Open...Ran a best time of 4:31.42 in a fourth place finish at the Cobber Open.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Did not compete in any races.

2008-09 SEASON
Cross Country (Freshman): Competed in two races for the Bison...Finished 32nd at the Bison Invitational in 28:20.98 (9/5)...Came in 28th at the Oz Memorial Run in a time of 21:09 (9/13).
Indoor (Freshman): Ran the 3,000 meters in four meets...Came in eighth at the Dakota Duals in 9:33.63 (1/30)...Ran a career-best of 9:26.84 in a 10th place finish at the Bison Open (2/6).
Outdoor (Freshman): Finished second in the steeplechase at the Cobber Twilight in a time of 10:05.97 (4/21)...Came in sixth in the 5,000 meters at the Ron Masanz Classic (5/2).

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Montgomery-Lonsdale High School...Four-year letterwinner in both cross country and track...Three-time all-conference selection in cross country...An all-section honoree in cross country...Also qualified for the Minnesota state championships one year...Also a four-year letterwinner in wrestling...Led team to a 19-3 record as a senior.
