FARGO, N.D.--The North Dakota State men's golf team will be holding open tryouts Aug. 27 through Sept. 6 in the Fargo-Moorhead area.

The event is open to all eligible NDSU students with a current USGA handicap index of 4.0 or less, and they must be registered with the NCAA Clearinghouse. To register, go to www.ncaaclearinghouse.org.

Here is the tryout schedule:
Friday, Aug. 27 - Rose Creek, 3:00
Saturday, Aug. 28 - Moorhead CC, 1:30
Sunday, Aug. 29 - Oxbow CC, 2:00
Friday, Sept. 3 - Rose Creek, 3:00
Saturday, Sept. 4 - Village Green, 2:00
Sunday, Sept. 5 - The Meadows, 1:00
Monday, Sept. 6 - TBA

There is a $120 entry fee that will cover all seven rounds of golf.  To register for the event, send a photocopy of your handicap card, phone number, and a check payable to NDSU Men's Golf at the following address:
